Founded in 1913 and among this country's leading girls' schools, Hockaday offers a rigorous, college-preparatory program for girls in grades 8 through 12 (boarding); and pre-K through 12 (day). Classes average between 14-16 students with an overall student/teacher ratio of 10:1. The campus extends over 100 acres in a residential area of northwest Dallas. Hockaday seeks to enroll a diverse student body. Currently 9 states and 12 countries are represented in our student body; 37% are students of color; and 3% are international students.
