Maryvale Preparatory School is small by design with a student body of 363 young women. Our dedicated faculty and staff strive to give each young woman in grades 6-12 the confidence to believe in and challenge herself. All of our graduates go on to college, and they do so with a strong academic foundation, a sense of self and an understanding of the world around her. Our mission is teaching young women what they need to know for life. Maryvale, an independent private Catholic girls' school serving grades six through twelve, provides an atmosphere in which the student can reach her academic, spiritual, and civic potential in a loving and supportive environment. Maryvale emphasizes honor, pride, loyalty, and friendship in an atmosphere of mutual respect among students, parents, and faculty. Maryvale's strong college preparatory curriculum, grounded in the traditional disciplines and supported by technology, prepares students for the 21st century. Maryvale's faculty provides academic help and guidance to individual students Maryvale offers electives which allow students to develop individual gifts. Maryvale's co-curricular activities help students realize their physical, intellectual, and creative potential.
