The Village School

■ Located in the Energy Corridor district of west Houston, Texas, it is the only boarding school in the greater Houston area. Most local parents work in aerospace, medical, and energy industries.

■ The school offers over 200 high school courses, including ESL, college prep courses, 10 Honors courses, 17 AP courses, and 50 IB courses.

■ Strong STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) program with curriculum and activities co-developed with MIT. Partners with CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) to provide student tours and internship opportunities.
