St. Mary Catholic Central High School, a Vicariate School established in 1986 through the merger of St. Mary Academy and Monroe Catholic Central, serves the educational needs of young men and women of diverse religious, ethnic and economic backgrounds of Monroe County and neighboring communities. The school serves as an extension of the educational ministry of the Church which continues the teaching mission of Jesus. St. Mary Catholic Central High School is an accredited Catholic, secondary educational faith community comprised of students, parents, and educators.
