St. John’s Jesuit High School was founded in 1898 and re-established in 1965 as a four-year, college preparatory high school for young men. In 2004, St. John’s Jesuit established the Academy for seventh and eighth grade students, and in 2011, a sixth grade was added to the Academy.SJJ is a part of the largest international educational network of almost 4,000 schools educating close to three million students. In the United States alone, the Jesuits sponsor 28 colleges and universities and 59 high schools.
