St. Edward Middle School is a "school within a school" educating our children in grades six, seven and eight. The mission of St. Edward Middle School is to provide each student with an academically challenging education in a safe, supportive environment that promotes self-discipline, responsibility and motivation in a distinctly Catholic environment. We strive to develop citizens who can and will choose to contribute to a global society. St. Edward Middle School exists to serve the unique maturational, psychological, emotional and academic needs of our students at a critical period of their lives as they change from childhood to adolescence. St. Edward the Confessor School's elementary program offers a quality education for students from kindergarten through fifth grade. Our curriculum meets all of the New York State Department of Education and Diocese of Rockville Centre's educational requirements. St. Edward offers students a nurturing Christian environment that balances strong academics with an emphasis on character building, morality and values. Our faculty fully prepares students for the New York State examinations and standardized testing-helping them reach their full potential without placing stress on these young students.
