Northern Michigan Christian School is a Christ-centered learning community developing gifts for discernment and discipleship. Daily classroom devotions and Middles School Chapels are integral parts of the schedule. At NMCHS teachers instruct from a Christian point of view that honors God, respects all people, advocates moral integrity and spiritual maturity, and is consistent with Biblical principles. In addition, each student is assigned to and meets regularly with a faculty member who serves as a mentor.
