At the heart of the Henderson International School experience is our progressive core curriculum. Every student in Kindergarten-8th grades receives instruction each day in literature and composition, mathematics, science, social studies and foreign language. The academic disciplines are complemented by extra- and co-curricular activities. These include music, art, digital media and physical education. Middle school students may also join team sports, student government, band and musical theater. For lower school students, after-school activities such as art, ballet, gymnastics, baking, chess and piano are offered.
