The Frostig School is celebrating 60 years of excellence in educating children with learning disabilities in grades 1-12. The school offers a full range of academic and support services, which are targeted to children with learning disabilities (such as dyslexia and nonverbal learning difficulties), Asperger's and ADHD. It has WACS accreditation and all completed courses, credits and high school diplomas are recognized by the California Department of Education. All teachers are credentialed in learning disabilities and key subject areas, the fine arts or physical education, and there is a low student to teacher ratio (6:1). The Frostig School serves the areas of Los Angeles County and the San Gabriel Valley and offers student transportation.
