The Children's Institute's mission is to provide the highest quality educational and therapeutic program for children facing learning, language and social/emotional challenges to achieve their maximum potential as responsible adults in society; to recognize and value students' unique abilities, learning styles and differences; and to serve as a leader in promoting innovative educational programs. To accomplish our mission, TCI places a high value on excellence, communication, empowerment, personal growth/development, mutual respect and trust. TCI offers students a model alternative program for children that nurtures their self-esteem and ability to resolve problems and express their feelings in positive ways. Our program enables children to maximize their learning potential and social-emotional development.
