At Westminster Preschool, we will strive to help each child grow into a happy, constructive and independent learner who is ready and eager for learning. We will seek to launch each child forth into a world where the love and adventure of learning never cease, and where each is secure in the knowledge that he or she is a special child of God. Under the governance of Westminster Presbyterian Church, the WPC Preschool is a ministry of the Church which is advised by a Preschool Committee consisting of parents, church members, and staff. The Preschool and its advisory committee are under the direct authority/supervision of the Session, the ruling body of Westminster Presbyterian Church. The Senior Pastor is the Head of Staff and Moderator of the Session. All teachers hold college degrees and are affiliated with a professional teacher's organization. Our teachers boast an average of twelve years of classroom experience. Over half of the staff is certified in Red Cross CPR and Standard First Aid.
