Trinity Center for Children was founded in 1991 as a mission outreach by the Episcopal Diocese of Bethlehem to provide enriching preschool and school age activities for any child in Schuylkill County, serving all socioeconomic levels through cooperation with assistance agencies and the Tree of Life Scholarship Fund. In 1998, Trinity Center became a member of the National Association of Episcopal Schools, in 2002 began participating in the Keystone Stars program, and in 2005, became the first early childhood program in Schuylkill County to be accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
