Tlc Child Development Center provides full day, quality, educational early childhood program from infancy through kindergarten. We also offer the option of half-day educational programs from eighteen months through kindergarten. We maintain a strong commitment to individualized attention for each child. Low child teacher ratios and small classes enable us to work with each child at their unique pace and give them the support and encouragement they deserve. Our philosophy is based on our belief that forming a genuine positive self image is as important as a child's physical and intellectual growth.
