St. Hyacinth School is in existence 107 years. The Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth were invited to direct the school from its beginning and continue to do so to this day. The school has 15 Lay Teachers, 2 Religious Sisters and 3 Staff Members. The present school population is 248 students in Grades PK - 8th grade. The composition of these students: 60% Hispanic, 25% White Non-Hispanic, 10% Asian, 4% Bi-racial and 1% Black. The Archdiocesan Food Service Professionals provide food service for breakfast and lunch. 35% or 84 students receive free lunches and 22% or 52 students receive reduced lunches.
