The mission of City Lights Public Charter School is to educate and provide effective programs for emotionally disturbed adolescents, ages 14 to 22, so that each student is ready academically, vocationally, emotionally and socially to succeed in school and adult life. City Lights PCS focuses on the therapeutic needs of our students and their families, in the tradition of our predecessor, City Lights School.
