Briarwood's philosophy is based on the concept of developmentally appropriate practice. We are committed to providing experiences which will aid in the cognitive, physical, social, emotional and language development of each child. There is an atmosphere created to encourage children to learn through exploration, providing care with concern for each individual child's needs, interests, and ability level. Each child's developmental progress is fostered as he/she is guided through a program rich with stimulating learning centers and creative activities.
