Dallas North Montessori School

The Dallas North Montessori School, Inc. was founded in 1986. We strive to provide the best possible physical and emotional environment for the children. An environment that is conducive to superior learning and gives consideration to the educational abilities of all children. The Dallas North Montessori School is located in the Arapaho Gardens office complex at 1149 Rockingham Lane in Richardson, Texas. It is conveniently located near UTD and Texas Instruments with easy access to Central Expressway. The school services students in the Richardson, Garland, Plano, Dallas, Addison and Carrollton areas. Learning is a dynamic process in which the whole personality of the child must be engaged. The child is encouraged to make choices. The following areas become naturally incorporated into his being; a development of inner peace, a healthy attitude toward others, freedom, within limits, the responsibility to effect change, and the consciousness of their environment. The Montessori classroom is a community of children discovering and developing at their own level. The Montessori materials have an open-ended exploration with room for the child's expression.
