Crown Heights Christian Church operates a two-star ranked Child Development Center. This center Serving children ages six weeks to 12 years, we have a licensed capacity of 70 children. The Center offers both pre-kindergarten and kindergarten education. We also provide transportation to and from nearby schools. The Center is usually at full capacity but we do maintain a waiting list. The center is ably directed by Sonya Davis. In conjunction with Oklahoma City/County Health Department Child Guidance, The Center participates in the Classroom Dina Dinosaur Program. This program targets: Teamwork, Cooperation/Helping, Communication, Anger Management, Steps of Problem Solving, Quiet Hand Up, Compliance, Listening, Stop-look-think-check, and Concentration. The Center operates under the oversight of the CHCC Child Development Center Board and also has a Parent Advisory Board.
