The South Bergen Jointure Commission is a state approved Board of Education whose mission is to provide services to participating local school districts, withan emphasis on shared services. The South Bergen Jointure Commission provides special education classes for children who are preschool, autistic or multiply handicapped. Classes are located on three campuses which are located in Lyndhurst, Maywood, Lodi, Rutherford and Moonachie. The programs offered provide all the services listed in a child's IEP. The campuses have speech therapists, occupational and physical therapists, music, art, physical education, psychologist and social worker.
